We have gotten to be really good friends with our neighbors behind us. They ended up cutting a gate through the fence so the kids (and us parents) could get through instead of having to walk all the way around the block. The kids were making a path in our grass so I decided to do a project and make a pathway to the gate from our patio. It was getting so much use that the gate couldn't keep up with all the kids going in and out. We just left it open through the Winter months. Not sure what we are going to do when the weather stays nicer. Maybe we can just tear down the whole fence?!!? haha

A Couple Of Nice Days..
We had a couple of nice days and so I made the kids take advantage of them. Although, it really wasn't hard to do. They were wanting to head outdoors after being couped up indoors from the Winter and with Mom barking out orders of doing chores at them. They were ready and so was I to open the windows and get some fresh air myself.

Walking with Ashley
The kids just walking up the path. See, it gets alot of use.
Jonathan running up the path to head over to his friends Luke and Logan's house.
Biscuit is wanting some of Jonathan's chips.
Ashley likes to go up and down our hill in the backyard. She would almost run down the hill and then start laughing when she got to the bottom.
Ashley with Biscuit and our neighbors doggie, Buddy. Biscuit and Buddy play all the time. They will go back and forth to each others door to see if they can play. One time, Biscuit was up at Michelle's back door just barking. Michelle called me to see where Buddy was and that Biscuit was just barking at her door. I looked in the backyard and couldn't see Buddy back there so I had a feeling that maybe he had gone into the frontyard. Sure enough, he had and it was just at the same time when the kids had gotten off the bus. Samantha was carrying Buddy up the sidewalk and I just laughed. Biscuit had gone up to their backdoor and was tattling on Buddy. They are not suppose to go through the gate but Buddy is alot smaller than Biscuit is and can fit through the panels of our picket fence.
